Fast chargers at the Øra terminal
From Enova application to finished charging facility, with our own OCPP management system.
The project covered applying for project funding from Enova under its company charging programme, finding suitable sites for a facility, and procuring and building the charging facility.
As part of the project, Energea developed a charge point management system using the OCPP 1.6J protocol. The charging facility was completed in 2024, and the project was closed financially in 2025.

Funding application
Project funding was applied for from Enova under its company charging programme.
Location
Suitable sites for the facility were surveyed and selected within the terminal area.
Procurement and construction
The charging facility was procured and built, and completed in 2024.
Management system
Energea developed a charge point management system using the OCPP 1.6J protocol, so that the port can operate and follow up the facility itself.
